Terms of Sale

1. Condition of stamps

The all items we sale are F or VF(if not, we will note before). Most unused stamps have OG (original gum), and are NH (never-hinged), with exceptions noted. All used stamps are described with scans of both sides.

2. Rates

Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars and not includes shipping charge.

3. Ordering

You can submit an online order use either our Shopping Cart or your e-mail.

To place an e-mail order, please send to sales@xabusiness.com with your name, full mailing address, and phone number and what you plan to purchase.

Orders will be confirmed via return email within 24 hours and will be reserved awaiting for payments.

4. Payment

We accept payment in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CNY (To work out equivalent amount in your currency please use current exchange rate at http://www.xe.com)

Payment can be made by:

(1) VISA Card, MasterCard or Paypal

You can pay us with your credit card via the payment gateway of Paypal, you need not to sign up a paypal account. Or you can choose to pay with your Paypal account. In special cases we do not accept credit card or Paypal account and we will advice you after order was submitted.
* In few countries or regions you can only pay with paypal account.


(2) Western Union Transfer
This is the fastest and safest way for you to pay. Please visit http://www.westernunion.com to find a Western Union's agent near your location or pay online(if you are in USA or Canada) with your credit card. If you pay through Western Union Transfer, please wire to Feng Hai (Feng is first name, Hai is last name), Country: China, City: Xi'an.

(3) Bank Transfer
You also can make the payment by bank transfer. That means from your local bank directly transfer to our China bank account. Hereunder is our bank info for your reference:

5. Shipping/Delivery

We provide international delivery and buyer pays all shipping costs. Shipping only begins upon clearance of total payment. Multiple purchases to same shipping address will be consolidated to save costs for you.

We use the below shipping methods :

Registered air mail
EMS of China Post

a . Shipping with registered air mail:

Rates for stamp and stamp year book only ( the cost is based on subtotal )

Generally, shipment sent by air mail/parcel from China to overseas takes about 8 - 20 days.

From China to North America: 8 -12 days
From China to Europe: 8 -12 days
From China to South America: 12-15 days
From China to other Asia country: 6 -10 days
From China to Africa : 12 -20 days
The actual time taken depends on shipping destination and .



b. Shipping with EMS of China Post:

S&H( based on weight )

We will provider you the waybill number and you could track online.

EMS from China to overseas takes about 3 - 8 business days

From China to North America: 4 - 5 days
From China to Europe: 4 - 5 days
From China to South America: 5 - 8 days
From China to other Asia country: 3 - 5 days
From China to Africa : 5 - 8 days

The actual time taken depends on shipping destination.

* In very special case we may send out shipment within 4 business days after the payment arrives, and will let you know before you sending payment.

Insurance is optional and recommended for purchases over $400.00. Insured shipment (some countries or areas are not available, more details please contact us) charges a premium of 3%.
