China Post is scheduled to issue one commemorative stamp themed "The 10th Anniversary of National Security Education Day" on April 15, 2025. The stamp is titled The 10th Anniversary of National Security Education Day, with a face value of 1.20 yuan and a planned issuance quantity of 5.9 million sets.

National security constitutes the foundation for national rejuvenation. Strengthening national security education serves as a crucial means to build a strong synergy for safeguarding national security. It is also a fundamental, long-term, and strategic project aimed at enhancing the whole nation’s awareness and competence regarding national security. On April 15, 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the holistic approach to national security at the first meeting of the Central National Security Commission. The National Security Law, adopted on July 1, 2015, designated April 15 each year as National Security Education Day. April 15 this year marks the 10th National Security Education Day.

The 10th anniversary of National Security Education Day is not only a summary and review of the national security education efforts over the past decade, but also a vision and call to action for such work in the future. The stamp features a striking and solemn color scheme of red and gold as its main tones. It adopts an integrated design that combines the Chinese character "An" (meaning peace), people living and working in contentment, an iconic Great Wall, urban and rural buildings, wheat ears, rockets, aircraft, and high-speed railways. These elements form a beautiful picture of social stability and prosperity. Integrated with the logo of National Security Education Day, the design embodies the concept of comprehensive security and the theme of national security education. Multiple key areas covered by current national security are depicted as being built with individual bricks and stones, implying the profound connotations of the holistic approach to national security and symbolizing that national security in the new era is as solid as a rock.

The stamp is printed with clear and natural details. The gold characters on the stamp are specially produced using hollow overprinting technology, which not only ensures that the gold characters appear full and bright, but also greatly improves the stability of mass printing. Under ultraviolet light, the red ink exhibits a vivid red fluorescent effect with distinct layers, enhancing the stamp’s anti-counterfeiting performance and ornamental value.
