1. Product Info

All items we sell are in good conditions, F or VF(if not, we will explain before). Most unused stamps have OG (original gum), and are NH (never-hinged), with exceptions noted. All used stamps are described clearly as such.

VF - Very Fine stamps are evenly centered, with the design well clear of all edges. Imperforate stamps have four margins.
Fine - Fine stamps have the design off-center but will still be clear of the edges or just barely touching the edges.


2. Rates

Unless specified otherwise, rates are quoted in US dollars and not includes shipping charge.


3. Ordering

You can place your order use either our Shopping Cart or e-mail.

To place an e-mail order, please include your name, full mailing address, and phone number and what you plan to purchase.

Orders will be confirmed via return email within 24 hours and will be reserved awaiting for payments, and the buyer is required to pay for the order in 10 days, else we will canncel the order.

4. Payment

We accept payment in USD, EUR, AUD, CAD, CNY (To work out equivalent amount in your currency please use current exchange rate at http://www.xe.com)

Payment can be made with:

(1) VISA Card, MasterCard
If the total payment amount is less than US $400.00, you can pay us with your credit card via our shopping system.


(2) Paypal account
If the total payment amount is less than US $400.00, you can pay us using Paypal account.


(3) Western Union Transfer
This is the fastest and safest way for you to pay. Please visit http://www.westernunion.com to find a Western Union's agent near your location or pay online(if you are in USA or Canada) with your credit card. If you pay through Western Union Transfer, please wire to Feng Hai (Feng is first name, Hai is last name), Country: China, City: Xi'an.


(4) Bank Transfer

5. Shipping/Delivery

We provide international delivery and buyer pays all shipping costs. Shipping only begins upon clearance of total payment. Multiple purchases to same shipping address will be consolidated to save costs for you.
