Stamp Designs and Historical Background

Gao Junyu

An early revolutionary activist in the north, he actively participated in the May Fourth Movement and was involved in the establishment of the early Beijing Communist organization. He traveled widely to spread revolutionary ideas, making significant pioneering contributions to the establishment of Party and Youth League organizations in the north.

Wang Hebo

An outstanding leader of the labor movement, he led railway workers' struggles for a long time and made notable contributions to organizational building and united front work. He remained steadfast in his revolutionary convictions and upheld his integrity during critical moments, pioneering early Party supervisory work.

Su Zhaozheng

A renowned leader of the seamen's movement, he led the Hong Kong seamen's strike and the Guangdong-Hong Kong strike, mobilizing workers to join the revolutionary cause. He is one of the most influential pioneers in the history of China's labor movement.

Peng Pai

Known as the "King of the Peasant Movement," he gave up his family wealth to mobilize peasants in rural areas, establishing peasant associations and creating the Haifeng-Lufeng Revolutionary Base, igniting the spark of rural revolution in China.

Deng Zhongxia

An important leader of both the labor and youth movements, he founded labor education schools and systematically spread Marxist ideas. He led numerous national workers' struggles, using his pen and actions to awaken the masses.
