Background info
Over the past eight decades, the Communist Party of China has successfully led all ethnic groups of the Chinese nation in their long, arduous struggle for national independence and liberation, and in the great cause of socialist construction. In the 21th century, the Chinese people continue in rally around the Party's Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin at its core. Holding high the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and following the requirements of the "Three Represents", the party continue to lead the Chinese people in their endeavors to build a stronger and more prosperous country.
