Background

Over the past eight decades, the Communist Party of China has successfully led all ethnic groups of the Chinese nation in their long, arduous struggle for national independence and liberation, and in the great cause of socialist construction. In the 21th century, the Chinese people continue in rally around the Party's Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin at its core.
