To commemorate the unveiling of the emblems of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, China Post issued a set of commemorative stamps with the catalog number 2017-31 on December 31, 2017.

The full set of stamps has a face value of 2.40 yuan and a total issuance of 14.8779 million sets. It consists of two stamps, namely "Emblem of the Olympic Winter Games" and "Emblem of the Paralympic Winter Games", featuring the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games emblem "Winter Dream" and the Paralympic Winter Games emblem "Flight" respectively.

Designed by Shi Yuan, with the emblem patterns created by Lin Cunzhen, the stamps measure 30×40 millimeters and have a perforation gauge of 13.5 degrees. They are printed using the photogravure process and incorporate anti-counterfeiting technologies including special security paper, security ink, shaped perforations, and fluorescent spray codes.

The stamps adopt a snow-white background, with 22 instances of the "Beijing 2022" text rendered with special printing materials that become visible at different angles of light. An openwork technique is applied to the margin of the stamp sheet to display the words "BEIJING2022". Each stamp sheet is affixed with a QR code, which can be scanned to view videos related to the emblems.

On December 31, 2017, the Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and China Post Group jointly held the stamp launch ceremony in Beijing.
