The "Teacher's Day" commemorative stamp was issued by China Post on September 10, 2014, to celebrate the 30th Teacher's Day. The set consists of two stamps with a total face value of 2.70 yuan, catalog number 2014-19.

The stamp designs are titled "Soaring Hopes" and "Unforgettable Teacher's Grace." The first stamp, with a face value of 1.20 yuan, features elements such as a blackboard, chalk, books, and glasses to represent the teaching environment, while a hot air balloon symbolizes the colorful future and possibilities for students. The design cleverly combines a chalk box on the podium with chalk drawings on the blackboard, forming a shared graphic in which a hot air balloon of "hope" soars through the universe of knowledge.

The second stamp, titled "Unforgettable Teacher's Grace," with a face value of 1.50 yuan, starts from the concept of "students spread far and wide like peach and plum trees." The teacher's image is transformed into a tree trunk with open branches, while the "peaches and plums" represent various academic disciplines, symbolizing that the teacher's hard work has yielded rich rewards. In the design, the teacher's figure is shown holding up the smiling faces of many students, conveying a similar message of fruitful results from dedicated teaching.

The entire stamp set was designed by designer Cao Guowei, employing a metaphorical approach throughout.
