China Post is scheduled to issue a set of 2 commemorative stamps and 1 miniature sheet themed "The 14th National Games of the People's Republic of China" on September 15, 2021. The face value of the full stamp set is 2.40 yuan, and the miniature sheet is priced at 3.60 yuan. The planned circulation volume is 6.6 million sets of stamps and 5.9 million miniature sheets.

The 14th National Games will be held in Shaanxi Province from September 15 to September 27, 2021. This is the first time the National Games has been held in Shaanxi, and also the first time it has been held in a city in central and western China. Shaanxi has become the eighth province to host the National Games, following Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong and other regions.

The stamps feature shooting and rowing. With blue and green as the main tones, the stamps adopt a parallelogram format and a joint-stamp design, which enhances the sense of movement in the images. The images also include elements such as the games' emblem, mascots, venues, as well as the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Xi'an Bell Tower, highlighting the characteristics of the host location.

This set of stamps was designed by Guo Zhenshan, Bian Jiang and Xu Xinyu, and printed by Shenyang Post and Telecommunications Printing Co., Ltd. of Liaoning Province using offset printing technology.
