The stamps were designed by He Jie, Zhou Yue, and Chen Nan, and printed by Beijing Stamp Printing Works. The stamp designs artistically convey the theme of "The Chinese Dream – National Rejuvenation." A flowing golden ribbon runs through the entire composition, symbolizing the revitalization of the Chinese nation. The stamp content is organized around four key aspects: political civilization, economic development, cultural prosperity, and ethnic unity. The designs showcase the great advantages of China's socialist system, highlight the brilliant achievements and prosperity in economic and cultural development since the reform and opening-up, and express the beautiful vision of the unity, happiness, and harmony of all ethnic groups in the country.
The first stamp, "Political Civilization," features key elements such as the site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Great Hall of the People, the Red Boat on South Lake in Jiaxing, the building of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the Constitution. These symbolize the founding of the Party and the nation, as well as the rule of law, reflecting the significant progress made in social systems since the establishment of the Party and the state.
The second stamp, "Economic Development," incorporates elements such as the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, a cargo terminal, a seed drill, and a high-speed train. These represent the remarkable achievements in economic development, from rural areas to cities, since the reform and opening-up policy was implemented.
The third stamp, "Cultural Prosperity," features elements including the National Centre for the Performing Arts, China Central Television, the National Museum of China, festive fireworks, kites, dancers, and Peking opera performers. These symbolize the remarkable achievements made in various aspects of social culture.
The fourth stamp, "Ethnic Unity," depicts people of various ethnic groups singing and dancing, along with the Potala Palace, the Three Pagodas of Dali in Yunnan, a mosque, and Chinese knots.
