China Post is scheduled to issue one special stamp in a single set themed "The Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China History" on June 20, 2021. The face value of the stamp is 1.20 yuan, with a planned circulation of 8.2 million sets.

The construction of the Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China History and the holding of the exhibition on the history of the Communist Party of China are major decisions made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and also constitute an important part of the celebrations marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.
The Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China History is located at No. 9 Beichen East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The entire hall is an I - shaped building, stretching 201 meters from north to south, 81 meters from east to west, and 50 meters in height. Its exterior adopts a traditional colonnade structure, which fully inherits the traditional essence of Chinese architecture featuring squareness, dignity, simplicity and grandeur. The total floor area of the main building of the memorial hall is 147,000 square meters. Among them, the first to the third floors above ground are the main exhibition halls for the basic history of the Party, while the fourth floor and the first basement floor are special - themed exhibition halls.

Sponsored by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the exhibition on the history of the Communist Party of China takes "Remaining True to the Original Aspiration and Keeping the Mission Firmly in Mind" as its theme. Covering an area of 16,800 square meters with a total exhibition line length of 3,400 linear meters, the exhibition vividly presents the Party's history of unremitting struggle, history of fearing no sacrifice, history of theoretical exploration, history of working for the people's well - being and history of self - development through more than 2,600 pictures and over 3,500 cultural relics and physical objects. It comprehensively, fully, panoramically and epically shows the magnificent 100 - year journey of the Communist Party of China.

The special stamp themed "The Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China History" adopts a design combining a main stamp and an attached stamp. The main stamp takes the full frontal view of the Memorial Hall of the Communist Party of China History as the main image, set against a background of blue sky and white clouds, highlighting the solemnity and grandeur of the hall. The attached stamp depicts the structural features of the hall by means of vector engraving lines, making the overall composition rich and full of tension. This set of stamps was designed by Yu Xue and printed by Henan Post and Telecommunications Technology Co., Ltd. using the offset printing process.
