According to the arrangements of the Party Central Committee for the commemorative activities marking the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, China Post issued a set of 13 commemorative stamps and 1 souvenir sheet themed "The 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War" on September 3, 2025. The total face value of the complete set is 20.8 yuan. The planned circulation is 6 million sets of the stamp series and 5 million copies of the souvenir sheet.

The commemorative stamp set is created with the 14-year course of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression as the main thread, key battles and campaigns as the highlight, sculptures themed on the War of Resistance as the primary expressive form, and historical photos as the background. Stamps 1 to 13 mainly embody the spirit of "remembering history and honoring martyrs", and are detailed as follows:

Rising Up to Resist Aggression: The foreground features the "Broken Calendar Monument" in the September 18th History Museum. The background includes the "Manifesto of the Communist Party of China on the Rape of Manchuria by Japanese Imperialism" issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on September 20, 1931, as well as the section of the Liutiaohu Railway destroyed by the Japanese army.

The Eight Heroines Marching into the River: The foreground presents the sculpture "The Eight Heroines Marching into the River" in the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution. The background is the banks of the Wusihun River in Heilongjiang Province.

Outbreak of the Whole-Nation Resistance Against Japanese Aggression: The foreground shows the stone lions on the Lugou Bridge. The background depicts soldiers of the 29th Army guarding the Lugou Bridge.

Victory at Pingxingguan: The foreground is the thematic sculpture in the lobby of the Pingxingguan Victory Memorial Hall. The background is the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army marching towards Pingxingguan.

The Nanjing Massacre: The foreground displays the Memorial Wall for the Victim Count in the Memorial Square of the Memorial Hall for the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders, on which the words "300,000 Victims" are inscribed in Chinese, English and Japanese. The background is the city of Nanjing burned and devastated by the Japanese army.

Battle of Taierzhuang: The foreground is the relief "United Resistance Against Aggression" in the Taierzhuang Campaign Memorial Hall. The background is the city gate of Taierzhuang after the battle.

Hundred Regiments Offensive: The foreground shows a partial view of the thematic sculpture "Hundred Regiments Offensive, Forever Illustrious" in the lobby of the Hundred Regiments Offensive Memorial Hall. The background is the machine gun position of the Eighth Route Army during the Shinaoshan Battle.

Liulaozhuang Company: The foreground presents the sculpture "Mainstay" in the Liulaozhuang Company Memorial Park of the New Fourth Army. The background includes the Monument to the 82 Martyrs and the regimental flag of the "Liulaozhuang Company".

On Protracted War: The foreground depicts Mao Zedong writing "On Protracted War" in a cave dwelling in Yan'an. The background consists of the image of the book "On Protracted War", the Baota Mountain in Yan'an, and the cavalry unit of the Garrison Corps in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region.

People's War: The foreground is the sculpture "Five Heroes" in the Haiyang Landmine Warfare Memorial Hall in Shandong Province. The background includes a relief of a mother sending her son to the battlefield, along with slogans such as "Valiant Youths Take Up Arms for the Frontline", "Resist Japanese Aggression and Save the Motherland" and "Unity".

Chinese Expeditionary Force: The foreground shows a partial view of the sculpture "Chinese Expeditionary Force" in the lobby of the Western Yunnan War of Resistance Memorial Hall. The background is the advancing Chinese Expeditionary Force.

Fighting Side by Side: The foreground presents the sculpture "Safeguarding Peace" in the Museum of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression. The background includes the Flying Tigers and the Hump Route.

Great Victory: The foreground includes Mao Zedong's inscription "Celebrate the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Long Live the Liberation of the Chinese Nation" published in the New China Daily on September 3, 1945, as well as the sculpture "Moment of Victory" at the site where the Japanese invading army surrendered to the New Fourth Army. The background depicts the people of Yan'an celebrating the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

The souvenir sheet takes the logo of the commemorative activities for the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War as its main image, mainly expressing the concept of "cherishing peace and forging ahead into the future".
