It stands as a brilliant example of the Chinese people's striving for self-improvement and founding modern universities. Over the past century, adhering to the philosophy of "Humanities to govern the country, Science to strengthen the country, and Commerce to enrich the country" and the purpose of "Understanding China and Serving China", Nankai University has always shared the fate of the motherland and the people, and advanced in tandem with the times and society. The stamp design adopts a symmetric composition centered on the vertical axis, combined with the complementary color scheme of purple and gold, highlighting the solemnity and glory of the centennial celebration. Taking the octagonal star shape from Nankai University's early school emblem as the core element, the center of the picture integrates the new school emblem, the school color "Qingtlian Purple" (Green Lotus Purple), year numbers, and the image of the main building of Nankai University's Balitai Campus, reflecting the sense of history of Nankai University's century-long evolution. The background of the stamp is composed of the number "100", symbolizing the ripples of ideas and the bell of a century, marking the historic moment of Nankai University's centennial founding.

The stamp is printed using spot color offset printing combined with cold stamping technology. Under ultraviolet light, the school name "Nankai" derived from the school emblem and the university motto "Fairness and Competence, Daily Progress" are clearly displayed, further presenting the image of Nankai University with a century of legacy.
