On December 12, 2010, the special stamp "China Capital Market" (catalog number 2010-30) was officially issued. It was an additional supplementary issue for the year and also the final stamp issue of 2010, commemorating the 20th anniversary of the founding of the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges and the birth of China's capital market. The set consists of two stamps, each with a face value of 1.20 yuan, for a total face value of 2.40 yuan. The stamps were designed by Li Zhihong, with photography by Liu Zhongyang, and printed by Henan Post and Telecommunications Printing Factory using offset printing.

In December 1990, the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange were successively established, marking the official birth of China's capital market. Over the past two decades, the capital market has grown and developed, playing an important role in optimizing resource allocation, channeling development funds, and supporting the real economy. The stamp set is divided into two themes: one focusing on the development of the capital market itself, and the other showcasing its role in empowering the national economy. Combining financial symbols and modern industrial elements, the stamps objectively present the 20-year development of China's capital market, promote its core function of serving the real economy, and document the process of China's financial market reform.
