The design combines multiple modern postal service symbols. On the left, a wing-shaped element with the EMS logo represents express logistics and aviation services. In the center, the postal green card symbolizes financial services. On the upper right, a dove of peace carrying a letter continues the ancient mission of postal communication. The background features a vibrant red-purple gradient, blending traditional communication with modern integrated services, symbolizing China Post's connectivity across the nation and the world, and its ongoing vitality in the new era.

Artistic and Design Features

The horizontal format is dynamic, with a modern, high-tech gradient background. The graphic symbols are simple and modern, and the offset printing provides vibrant and clear colors. The stamp incorporates multiple anti-counterfeiting features, including security paper, security ink, shaped perforations, and fluorescent spray codes. In addition to the standard large sheet, a 6-stamp member miniature sheet featuring the emblem of the All-China Philatelic Federation was also issued, offering a variety of formats and enhancing the commemorative significance.
